Due to the current situation the Museum & Tearoom are closed

In order to protect our visitors, staff and volunteers we have implemented new social distancing and cleaning measures.

Our new one-way route goes up the main staircase to the galleries and exits down the rear stairs and through to our gift shop. We are also managing visitor number capacity  to enable us to maintain social distancing at all times.
Please keep in your bubble at all times, you will notice each room has/gallery has a blue maximum capacity sticker displayed, this will tell you how many people are permitted in the room at one time.

It is now mandatory for members of the public to wear a face covering when visiting the museum unless they have a valid exemption. For Government guidance on the wearing of face coverings click here

As a small charity we are reliant on admission ticket sales as a major part of our income, we thank you for your continued support in helping to preserve Dimbola for the enjoyment of all, particularly in these unprecedented times.

*Our ticket numbers are limited to a maximum of 20 people per hour, therefore we encourage you to pre-book to avoid disappointment. Should you arrive without a booking, we may be able to accommodate you, however, admittance will depend on the number of visitors already in the museum. If we are unable to admit you at that time it may be possible for you to book a slot later in the day.

Please familiarise with our charter below before your visit.
