Due to the current situation the Museum & Tearoom are closed

Dimbola is partially accessible for wheelchair users. The ground floor tea room, gift shop and toilet are accessible and there is step-free access to the building via the tea room garden (to the left of the main entrance). There is a chair lift providing access to the upstairs galleries.

If you have any access requirements please feel free to contact us in advance of your visit to discuss how we may be able to accommodate your needs. For example you may wish to consider booking an appointment to view objects from our reserve collection which can take place in our ground floor library. Click here for further information

We are keen to make improvements to the accessibility of the building and our facilities, within the confines of Dimbola’s status as a listed building. We would welcome feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Dogs on leads are welcome in the tea room and museum.
